The main
regular activities in the campuses are weekly fellowship meetings, Bible study and prayer
meetings.
Weekly Fellowship Meetings:
This is the main SCOM gathering in the campuses. It involves singing songs and
choruses, choirs, poems, preaching, teaching of the word of God, among others. SCOM
invites Christian professionals, leaders and pastors to speak at some of these meetings
provided they understand the ministry and ascribe to its statement of faith and they are
conversant with student life and thought.
Bible Study:
Bible Study is conducted at least weekly in all campuses. It is done in small groups
organized usually according to halls of residence. A Bible Study Guide is used, one for
each term/semester that are prepared by the SCOM Secretariat.
Most students enjoy Bible Study and it helps them to know what God wants them to do in
their lives, to know their God more and more as well as to get equipped for spiritual
battle.
Prayer Meetings:
Prayer has been and continues to be central in SCOM. Students meet regularly to pray for
one another, families, college, nation and the world.
ACTS of Prayer:
